     Lumber comes to us in many various sizes, shapes and moisture content.  We sometimes must pre-stack, to air dry material for 24 months or more to assure it works for you application.  In order to determine what we have on hand available for your application, always call.  We do not ship wet lumber without customer authorization.  If a moisture content is questionable, we constantly educate our customer on what is available.

Pricing seems to vary with individual purchases and loads.  Sometimes prices even fluctuate with what we actually yield from a purchase.  Please call for availability and pricing.
